‘Bon Voyage’ - A Moment to Shine annual event
On Friday 26 October, residents of ADHC’s Metro Residences have their ‘Moment to Shine’ – a public performance that follows a 12-week performing arts program combining dance, movement, acting, singing and music.
A Moment to Shine showcases the abilities of the cast who have a range of intellectual and physical disabilities and complex mental health diagnoses. Over 50 cast members and a team of 20 volunteers and staff are behind the production.
The program is designed and led by industry professionals, and provides the cast with the opportunity to learn from a variety of choreographers and guest arts practitioners.
