Hunter staff to be recognised

31 May 2011

Staff doing excellent work in ADHC’s Hunter Region will receive awards at the annual staff recognition day at the Stockton Centre at Newcastle tomorrow, Wednesday. (1 June)

Each year Hunter Region and Hunter Residences jointly thank their staff, acknowledge their academic achievements and recognise those who have demonstrated excellence in service provision or innovation in various areas.

As well as the presentation of awards before an audience including staff, residents, families, guardians and volunteers there will be a performance by ADHC clients’ Sign Choir.

The Stockton Centre is one of four ADHC operated Large Residential Centres known as Hunter Residences, which provide supported accommodation for almost 600 people with an intellectual disability.
