Help for you to stay in your own home

Home and Community Care (HACC) services for frail older people, people with disability and their carers.

Support for Aboriginal people with disability

Shoulder to shoulder is a booklet containing information about disability services, respite services and Aboriginal organisations that can support you if you have a child with disability. You’ll also read about how other Aboriginal families have been able to cope with caring for a child with disability.

Planning ahead in Aboriginal communities

These booklets are part of a resource kit that also includes a DVD. To order a copy of the DVD, or hard copies of the booklets, please contact the Office for Ageing.
