The ADHC Funding Agreement describes the terms and conditions under which funding is provided to an NGO and the services to be delivered with that funding.

A new three year funding term will start from 1 July 2012 with a new Funding Agreement. This presents an opportunity to put in place a contemporary Agreement that:

• reflects the changes that the sector is making to move to a person centred service delivery system; 
• puts greater emphasis on the partnership between ADHC and funded community based providers in supporting people with a disability their families and carers;
• streamlines the administration processes around the Agreement to reduce red tape for providers; and
• is clearer and more straightforward around reporting, management and quality obligations.
