Companion Card

The Companion Card allows people with a significant and permanent disability, who require attendant care for the rest of their lives, to participate in community activities and events.

People with a disability, who require attendant care type support, are often required to pay two admission and/or booking fees; one for themselves and one for their companion. The Companion Card enhances accessible ticketing practices as the card enables the card holder’s essential attendant to provide the required support without having to purchase a second ticket.

The Companion Card is administered by National Disability Services (NDS) NSW for the NSW Government.

Go to the Companion Card website for details on eligibility and how to apply.
